The High Low Humidity and Temperature Test Chamber from Weiber are specially designed equipments that are used for testing a wide variety of products for their performance under alternating hot and cold temperature and humidity conditions. These test chambers are most commonly employed for the testing of electronic items, electrical devices and equipments, aviation products and other materials and find widespread usage in aerospace industries, electronics industry and scientific organizations involved in material research and development. These climatic test chambers use advanced technologies for highly reliable and accurate test results and are designed for energy efficient, economical and long lasting performance.
The High Low Alternating Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber use high quality construction materials such as stainless steel and high quality steel plates for a sturdy and reliable construction and feature easy to clean, non reactive and corrosion proof surfaces. The inner bladder of the test chamber is made up of high grade SUS 304 stainless steel plates, whereas the outer bladder of the chamber uses plastic coated A3 steel plates for its construction. The equipment uses glass wool or PUF insulation between the walls for increased thermal efficiency. It uses a high intensity, double layer, high temperature resistant seal between the chamber wall and the door, completely eliminating any chances of contamination to the test specimen and preventing any internal temperature fluctuations. The chamber door also features a large observation window to allow monitoring of the sample during the testing period. The chamber body is provided with a test hole of around 25mm, 50mm or 100mm diameter towards the left of the chamber body. The unit also comes equipped with two specimen shelves and illumination lights as part of standard configuration.
These High Low Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chambers use microprocessor based programmable touch screen controllers with integrated LCD display for accurate temperature and humidity control. The equipment is quite versatile in application and can operate across a very wide temperature and humidity range, ranging from -70°C to +150°C and 25% to 98% RH. It uses a unique balanced thermo control measure for maintaining optimum working temperatures and can achieve very fast heating rates and cooling rates for faster heating or cooling of the test specimen. The efficient humidity control is achieved through an external stainless steel electric steam humidification mode and a dehumidification mode that is based on dew point condensation. The refrigeration system comprises of imported close circuit compressors and is capable of operating automatically in high heat conditions for direct and immediate cooling. These equipments use RS-232 or RS-485 interface for PC connectivity.
