WEIBER Oil Bath, is a type of heated bath which uses boiling oil as the temperature regulator. Since different oils have different boiling points it is possible to obtain a temperature near to the desired temperature by selecting an oil with a boiling point as close as possible to the desired temperature. The most common oils that are being utilized in oil baths are paraffin, glycerol, silicon oil or cottonseed oil due to their quite odorless characteristics.

 

Double Walled High Temperature Oil Bath is having wide range of application, such as oxidation stability test on oils, greases, etc, or any other test requiring high temperature control having high thermal efficiency. This oil bath was developed for a wide range of testing and meets ASTM specifications for Methods D471, D865, and D1313.

Construction Details:

Water baths are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our water baths are constructed out of thick PCRC steel sheet/SS 304 (as per request) duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint/stove enamel/powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304. The unit is provided with top opening cover, made of stainless steel with steel concentric rings.


Heating: Indirect heating system is provided in our water bath, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism, ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.


Temperature Range: Temperature range of our standard water bath models are 5o c above ambient to 90o c. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.


Temperature Sensitivity: Temperature inside our water bath is controlled with a sensitivity of + 0.5o c or better.


Front Panel: Front panel of our water bath comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicator lamps and temperature controller.

Mash Bath are designed for laboratory use in breweries and malt houses. It aids in the determination of malt extract. The equipment allows one to utilize the CONGRESS, HARTONG 20, HARTONG 45, HARTONG 65, HARTONG 80, ASBC, PROFILE or THERMOSTAT methodology of testing. Working Principle:

    Congress-Method:

  • Mashing, by passing through a temperature program
  • Use of malt-fine grind and –coarse grind
  • Detection of the absolute number of the extract content, by use of the Plato-Table. In addition to the identification of the
  • scarification time (Iodine- normality), protein content, viscosity, pH-value . Difference between fine- and coarse grind extract,
  • permits a conclusion to the cytolytical solution of the malt

    Hartong-Method:

  • Mashing at constant temperature (20°, 45°, 65° or 80° C)
  • Use of malt-fine grind
  • Detection of a ratio (VZ) = percentage share of the highest possible extract yield at the chosen temperature. Conclusions about the enzyme activity, protein modification of the malt and malting work by itself, are possible.

Construction Details:

 

Pycnometer baths are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our re-circulating chiller is constructed out of thick PCRC steel sheet, duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint/stove enamel/powder coating. The inside chamber of the unit is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304. The unit is provided with top opening cover, made of stainless steel with steel concentric rings.

  • Heating:
  • Indirect heating system is provided in our bath, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism, ensuring very good temperature sensitivity.

  • Temperature Range:
  • Temperature range of our standard bath models is-5°C to 80°C. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers.

  • Temperature Sensitivity:
  • Temperature inside the bath is controlled with a sensitivity of + 0.5°C or better. (PID controller)

WEIBER now introduces special baths that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–400 kHz) and an appropriate cleaning solvent (sometimes ordinary tap water) to clean items. The contaminants can be dirt, oil, grease, buffing/polishing compounds, and mold release agents. Ultrasonic bath is powerful enough to remove tough contaminants, yet gentle enough not to damage the substrate. It provides excellent penetration and cleaning in the smallest crevices and between tightly spaced parts in a cleaning tank.

 

Our Industrial range of ultrasonic cleaners is robust and long lasting, providing the user with excellent and repeatable cleaning performance. Incorporating a digital control panel and integral heating system, the bath is supplied complete with stainless steel lid and basket. IT has been designed to be incorporated into manufacturing and routine maintenance programmes where the highest standards are essential.

Construction Details:
